How the CTASK gets created in change request without the workflow

Whenever I create stanadard change, 2 initial tasks gets created automatically just after the CR submittion. 

Till this time no workflow is attached to the change. 

please suggest where i can find the configuration of such tasks

Those tasks must be created from the standard change template. Please check the respective standard change template.

When you submit a Standard Change and two initial tasks are created even before a workflow is attached, this behavior is typically driven by the Standard Change Template.


Where to Check the Configuration:
1. Change Request Template

  • Navigate to: change > standard change > All Templates
  • Look for a template associated with your Standard Change type.
  • Open the template and check the "Change Tasks" tab.
  • You’ll likely find the two tasks predefined here.
  • These tasks are automatically created when the template is applied.
