How to install Now Assist Admin Console in my PDI?

How to Install a Now Assist  Admin Console from the ServiceNow Store in my PDI? I'm facing issues installing it using the same ServiceNow ID. Please Give me step-by step guidance?

Hi @prakharbt20,

Unfortunately you can't install any Now Assist functionality on a PDI, only the Build Agent is available.

Hi @prakharbt20 ,

Now Assist is not available on PDIs. However, if you are planning to learn about Now Assist you can always go to ServiceNow University and grab a learning instance(PDI) and start practicing from there.
