For CMDB you can go to Now Learnings CMDB fundamental course.

If you have more time then you can also complete starter stories of CMDB from Now Create.

For HAM

I will suggest  first Learn CMDB and  give related mainline certification CIS - Data Foundation. Then Learn HAM.

Reason being the Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM) (CIS-DF) exam is a mandatory prerequisite for the Certified Implementation Specialist – HAM(CIS-HAM) exam.

Course to Learn CMDB and get prepare for CIS-DF:

 Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Fundamentals On Demand

.Common Service Data Model (CSDM) Fundamentals
