If an organization gets you to streamline their HAM process, what would be your 30-60-90 day goals?

They have gone live with ITSM and ITOM but are not very happy with ITAM implementation. They have HAM but not HAM PRO. They need to be advised if its worth investing in HAM Pro. Also, bear in mind they have already invested in SAM Pro.
