In Custom Catalog Item Sourcing Task not created

Hi,

i have created one catalog item and added standard hardware asset request flow and created one variable that is reference type when I have raised request and follow all the action but sourcing task has not created.

 please give any appropriate solution for that

Can you click the "Show Workflow" link in your screenshot and share an image of the executed workflow?
