Integration Hub ETL hangs loading

I have been searching through community and support articles. Was hoping to avoid creating a case, but I am stuck.  I cannot get IntegrationHub ETL to load in production.  It just hangs on loading with a spinning wheel.  I have let it for for more than 30 minutes at a shot.  I did find an article in the CMDB forum re IH ETL being very slow, but the two suggestions turned up nothing for me.  I am not sure where to go. It does load on Dev.  It is not quick there, but it loads and is functional.  Has anyone dealt with this?

I was just recently using IntegrationHub ETL on a Utah instance and didn't observe any problems. Is your issue with the UI not loading? or an import through the ETL not loading? If it's the UI, maybe try clearing the cache on your instance. Take a look at your plugins to see if there are any updates you are missing.

That was helpful! Thank you.  I don't know why I didn't think about checking the plugin but updating seems to have helped
