Intune to ServiceNow Integration, Mobile device Category & Subcategory not populating

Hi,

 

We have Intune integration with Servicenow, in that we will not getting data category & Subcategory for Mobile devices in cmdb_ci_hardware table.

 

Is there any solution to get both attributes.
