Is Retire Asset workflow part of HAM plugin ?

Hi, 

I was going through the "Hardware Asset Management" on-demand course on Now Learning, and there

in one of the labs, it asked to import an update set in order to bring "Retire Asset" UI action & "Retire Asset" workflow.

Then I checked the demo  instance which has HAM plugin activated, and found that there is no such "Retire Asset" UI action or "Retire Asset" workflow available there.

So, does ServiceNow provides any "Retire workflow" as part of HAM plugins?

Hi @Deep11 ,

ServiceNow does not provides any "Retire workflow" as part of HAM plugins. It was only for you to practice in that demo instance.

You need to import the update set and commit to get these UI actions working or available.
