I am facing the below issue in after implementing OOTB now mobile on client instance.
1. When scanning an asset tag the app will not find the asset if the asset does not have leading zeros
2. When an asset is not found while searching the app does not give you the option to add it
3. App does not allow you to add by serial number. Our team receives over a hundred of laptops having to open them all to add asset tags is very time-consuming
4. When you scan an asset that does not exist it gives instead of giving an option to add it
5. No way add value in a custom field while creating asset
6. While auditing if an asset is not found you can not complete audit
