Hi,
Did anyone have any issues with the Hardware Model Normalization job in the last 24 hours?
We noticed today that about 80 records have lost their normalized device type. When I go into the hardware model list all the affected models have no manufacturer, no model number, and therefore no normalization and were all updated by the system last night. This seems to have happened the same time the Hardware Normalization job runs. It's happened on our Prod, Test and Dev instances and it affects some of the same models across all 3 and some different ones. Nothing shows in the activity stream for the models.
Just wondering if anyone else had come across this or knows why it happened. I don't want to fix it up and then have it happen again.
