JAMF-related question: User and Location not populating

We have HAM pro and just launched SAM pro. As we were troubleshooting different issues, we found that our JAMF data is not showing / setting the assigned to person. When we checked with the JAMF team, they said they are running into an issue where the information is in Active Directory but does not seem to update the User/Location area in JAMF as expected. They have checked the mapping and the settings. Even though this is more of a JAMF issue than a SN one; I wanted to see if someone else has encountered a similar issue and may have something that can be tried on the JAMF side to get it auto-populating as expected and then having good data on the SN side. Screenshot below of the area that is not getting populated even though the data is available.

@k_lutz , I would suggest using Postman to check the response coming from the JAMF side.
Start by verifying whether the User and Location data are being returned correctly in the API response. That should be the first step in your troubleshooting process.
If the data is missing in the response, the issue lies on the JAMF side

Hi Shashank,
Thanks for the reply. We have already confirmed the issue is on the JAMF side. I was hoping someone who is familiar with JAMF may have run into a similar issue with the User / Location area in JAMF not getting populated as expected and had a suggestion of what could be adjusted in the JAMF area.

@k_lutz, I think you should post this same question on JAMF community too. There are many users raised problems related to users and locations not populating.
