I want to download the Lansweeper On-Premise and Lansweeper Cloud from the NOW App Store. Unfortunately person who owns the credentials not responding. How I can recover HI credentials as well as download the Lansweeper On-Premise and Lansweeper Cloud.
Kindly help step by step process.

You will need to be added to your company's account, so you will need someone with access to grant you that access. Without that, you won't be able to get the apps.

You'll need to follow the above advice for hi, however i am wondering if you are talking about the integrations or the applications.
When you say Lansweeper On-Prem and Lansweeper Cloud do you mean the differing integrations from Lansweeper to ServiceNow or the overall products?
There are a number of options available to integrate Lansweeper and ServiceNow.
- Use the Lansweeper Service Graph connector. This connects to any lansweeper cloud instance, does a bulk import followed by incremental updates driven through the use of webhooks configured on your lansweeper instance
- Use the syncfish connectors, of which there are on prem versions as well as cloud versions
- there is also a final option of build your own either via API (cloud) or jdbc (on prem)
Not sure if this helps, but thought i'd try and give clarity in case there was confusion - as i doubt you'd need both an on prem and a cloud integraiton.
