Logic for setting the Stages of hardware refresh line

Hi Team,

We have the HAM activated and am new to HAM. Having few doubts regarding the stage setting in hardware asset refresh line. 
Catalog item is "Hardware asset refresh order" which is an out of box item, once it is getting created Hardware asset refresh line is created and associated refresh line tasks are also created. At a certain point Service now is setting the refresh line stages to scheduled, deploy. Can I know where the logic for this is written.

sure here is the screenshot from HAM workspace, this is the URL i followed for the setup LINK , initially the source task should get generated but its not getting created.

The only thing that comes of my mind is, that you have not installed the procurement plugin (com.snc.procurement), because this is needed to decide how you will source your request (local stock, Transfer Order or PO). Can you verify this please? 

Unfortunately, the part is missing in your screenshot. You can easily verify it if you have the following icon available in the left menu of the HAM workspace, the plugin is installed.

Are your requests visible under Asset Operations -> Procurement ->  Requests?

What status do they have in the list view?

please find the attachment, requests are visible but the one request where sourced is true i made it via bg script for testing
