Hi All,
When I was creating a services contract in ServiceNow I was faced with insufficient options.
1. In the Payment schedule field of the Financial Tab, there are entries for monthly, quarterly, etc but there is none for Adhoc services.
2. The Estimated Renewal Amount should be more than 0. This is not applicable in my case as the contract that I am adding to ServiceNow is for SITAD Services.
Could someone advise if I have done this wrongly?
Thank you.

Regarding the 1st question:
OOTB there is no option for ad hoc services so you'll need to configure an extra value.
This can be achieved by right-clicking the field -> configure choices
If my post helped you, please click the accept solution button and hit the thumbs up! Thank you!
