Hi,
Consider an asset team managing procurement functionalities. Members of the team can create hardware models, but they are unable to publish the hardware models to hardware catalog.
Once the model is created, "Publish to Hardware catalog" will be visible to the users who satisfy the conditions for that action to be visible.
The related link/UI action is not visible to the asset team. They are needing catalog_admin role.
Giving catalog_admin role to the asset team doesn't seem like a good thought. They will be exposed to the whole catalog. However adding the "asset" role to the OR condition of the UI action works. Why is this not handled from procurement end.
Please let me know if someone has gone through this case before.
