Record producer variables are not populated into custom table

I filled in all the variables in the record producer. After submitting the record producer (Cost Request), the variable values are not getting populated into the Cost Request table. In the Cost Request table, the Price Value field (which is a reference field) is showing as empty. Previously, it was working fine. Unexpectedly, this field is now blank. I have already checked the UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Workflow — everything seems fine.
Could you please help provide a solution? Thanks!

did you recently upgrade?

Did the field type change on target or variable type changed?

There were no changes or upgrades, and it is working as expected in the Dev environment. However, it is not working in the Test and Prod environments — the behavior is inconsistent.
