Starts with exploring the free courses available on the ServiceNow Developer Site & ServiceNow Learning (Servicenow University)
First Go through Welcome to Servicenow ( you will be given a temp instance)
Then Starts with Flow Fundamental
Scripting in ServiceNow Fundamentals
Change Management on the Now Platform

I added transform map into ServiceNow bulk asset catalog. these are for only vendor bulk upload. once i tried to upload, it got updated and showing in ALM hardware table. but CI is missing. showing empty. I am not able to find solution where it went wrong.
note: checked in CI table, whatever I uploaded, serial number, model name, number not captured in ci table.
and CI should auto generate once asset details uploaded. not from format file which one we uploaded to the catalog item.
Please ping me once got solution.
