Hi team,
After enabling the HAM plugins and completing the HAM guided setup and normalization, we noticed that CI records were updated. However, we encountered an issue: our CMDB was already present, and assets were present too but they were not synchronized. This was because data was loaded into the CI tables via a transform map with the "run business rule" set to false, which prevented the asset-CI mapping from being triggered, leaving the assets unsynchronized. However, once we enabled the HAM plugins, the asset information cascaded to the CI. Could someone help explain why this happened?
Thanks!

Hi @monica190 ,
Yes that is the behavior of HAM, during HAM plugin it will sync the data. If you could have enable HAM before data load then it could not happen. Sync happen that is good, What is your worry now?

Hi Monica, I wanted to check if the unsync issue has been resolved on your side. We're currently experiencing a similar problem—an asset and a CI were created with the same serial number, but they are not syncing.
Do you know how I can get them to sync properly?
