Transfer Order Lines Bulk Update is not showing the available TOL for recieved stage

Hey Servicenow Champs,

Can Anyone tell me why its happening and how to resolve it
I opened the transfer order in sub prod instance and Click on bulk update to the transfer order lines, the stages of TOL were in requested state then I moved them to shipped state but when I about to update the stage from Shipped to Recieved, Then its not showing the TOL in available section.

I am having this issue in all Transfer order lines bulk update in sub prod instance but its not happening in PROD

Also check Modify the "Bulk Update" Modal on Transfer Orders

Try this: Transfer Order Lines Remain in Draft State and TOL Tasks Are Not Generated After Catalog Order - Sup...

We had a similar issue where the system property, com.sn_itam.enable_flow_designer.transfer_order_line, was set to false after an upgrade.
