Transferable Stock is showing Zero - ServiceNow - Hardware Asset Workspace

In HAM workspace, when I create a request from " Hardware Inventory Stock Order " catalog item, its shows 0 in transferrable stock. Even though I have set up the models and assets which are available and in-stock.

Hi @GoharF655013193,

If no stockrooms are linked, or the distribution channel is not set up correctly, the system will show 0 transferable stock because the Hardware Inventory Stock Order process can only source from stockrooms that are connected through a valid service-location or distribution-channel path. In other words, the inventory may exist, but without the correct sourcing relationship it is not eligible for transfer.
