1) My understanding is that when a new update is made in the instance, the Content Data Service captures it and then transfers it to the Content Library when we opt-in. Is this understanding, correct?
2) How is Content Data Service (CDS) different from the Content Library?
3) How can I navigate to the Content Data Service in ServiceNow, and what is the opt-in/opt-out option for sending normalized data?
4) Additionally, how does crowdsourcing work in this context, and is it the same as the Content Library?
