Using Signatures to Confirm delivery and handovers

We want to set up a e signature requirement for our users and they will be required to sign to advise they have received Assets.

What is the best product / way to do this with ITSM Asset Management configuration?

We have started to look at Adobe but aren't sure thats the best option?

you can try servicenow Mobile app, it has the feature to acknowledge the receipt of the asset.
