Variables in Asset Bundles

In Request we typically use "user" language like "Developer laptop" and then we supply whatever flavour we're using now.

 

Can we do that in a Hardware Asset Bundle?

 

So, rather than assigning model XYZ as a component, can we make a "Developer" model that we update as it changes over time?

unfortunately late model binding is not supported by ServiceNow HAM.
