Recently, we received a request from our client to provide specific permissions to a user in ServiceNow. We followed the instructions provided in the link below to grant the necessary permissions.

Steps Followed:
Created a group and provided the Below roles and assigned this group to that particular user.
While we try to integrate with Veaam one we get the below Error, please guide if we are missing something.

I am not 100%sure, but try t give ITIL role and check, at least we can see is this roel issue or might be an ACL issue?
