Veeam One integration stopped working

Hi All,

 

We just recently established a VeeamOne integration with ServiceNow using the native connector inside of Veeam One. It worked for over a month and then stopped working on its' own. We're a fairly new shop, it works with the dev profile, doesn't work in production. Keeps providing an authentication failed error. We've changed passwords, reset, created a new profile. We can access the ServiceNow URL from the server, so we know it's not blocked. Event logs do not provide much information. 

 

Any suggestions?
