Health and Safety investigations

Greetings everyone!

According to ServiceNow documentation (process workshop presentation) for Health and Safety Incident mgmt., while working on a H&S incident, the agent can create additional records, incl. investigations. I cannot find this option on my PDI. I can create actions, generate a report, but no investigation. Can someone point me how to resolve this issue? Thanks!

The process workshop presentation you saw may be a little out of date!

 

Investigation records were removed several releases ago when we launched the Health and Safety Incident Playbook. The H&S incident playbook covers the step-by-step process of investigating a safety incident. You can enable or disable the incident playbook in the H&S application properties.
