Health & Safety - Incident : Out of the box gives option that Agent can create/update injuries.
There is a requirement to a group of people need access to create / update injuries(sn_ohs_im_injury). I have created a custom role and given access to the table level through ACL.
Users are able to create new injuries in form level, but its not working in Workspace (playbook).
Click on injured body parts - it will open a Model window (popup) - fields are readonly as shown in image below. Dont know how to give privilege to this model window fields.
PS: Edit is working fine. Only the issue with Create New in workspace.
HSAgent can create new, so its somewhere the access is missing for the custom role. Any suggestion please?

No, ServiceNow advised to use Agent role for all those users and closed the case.
But in our scenario, it will be give unlimited access to colleagues which they dont want. So still the issue is open.

Hi @Edwin8 - giving the role access at the ACL level should work. In the scenario you're testing, has the Injury Illness report been saved and created first? That is required to add Injury records, and may lead to the form being disabled if the parent Injury Illness Report is not saved.
