I am fresher and has recently started working on Hcls i.e Health care and life sciences module of ServiceNow. I want to know it in detail how it works? I am stucked at 2 point, one is how a patient can enroll himself, where he can fill his insurance details? and how a patient can book an appointment on end user side? I have studied it on Now learning as well as on ServiceNow Documentation, but not getting the solution for the 2 problems. Will someone help me with this?
