I am working on setting up the service portfolio management module for a large healthcare organization. We have the out of the box module and have began creating the Service Portfolio and hierarchical nodes however linking everything together is proving more difficult than anticipated. I am looking for best practice on implementing service portfolio management within a healthcare organization. Does anyone have usage and/or reporting examples of how Service Portfolio is working in their healthcare organization?

Define Service Portfolio:

No solutions I'm afraid, but we're on the start of this journey in our organisation, so interested in this topic. I did see this specific to the Epic EPR in relation to CSDM, but there may be some transferrable principles.
