Add a Learning post to the Lifecycle Event
  • Create a learning experience for your employees empowering them with the right learning at the right time of need.
  • Assign learning tasks from a lifecycle event
  • Deliver courses according to the time of need.
 
 

Steps to add a Learning post to the Lifecycle Event:

Step 1: Create Internal Content:

  1. Navigate to Learning > Content > Learning Content > New 
  2. Create Learning post of any 3 types below:

Create an Article as a Learning Post:

Redirect to an URL via Learning Post:

Assign a task to watch Video via Learning Post:

Step 2: Create Learning Catalog:

  1. Navigate to Learning > Content > Learning Catalogs
  2. Open Promotion Catalog record.
  3. Click Add under content tab.
  4. Select the created contents and click on Add Selected.

 

Step 3: Create Learning Templates:

  1. Navigate to Learning Administration > Administration > Templates > New
  2. Fill in the record as shown below. 
  3. Template fields are mandatory; The task will not be created if any fields are missing.

 

Step 4: Create activity in the Lifecycle Event:

  1. Open the lifecycle event and create an activity as shown below:

You can add this Learning task to any activity or activity container
