Additional details are not reflecting while creating the case in Employee search in HR Agent workspace

Hello Team, 

I have added few fields in additional display fields Case creation configuration, all the fields are coming when I am creating the case from native view(Normal view). But, if I am creating the case from Agent workspace view only few fields are coming. Attaching the screenshot for both the view:

Let me know what could be the possible issue.

Run a cache.do after making the changes to clear the cache.  I was able to duplicate the issue you mentioned, and after running cache.do and relaunching Agent Workspace the additional fields appeared in the Employee Search.
