This service has several approvers who will not have agent access to the platform. Consequently, they must approve/reject Tasks via e-mail or To-Do (Survey). When approved/rejected via To-Do, flow is used to insert the Task's Metric Result data into a Work Note on the Parent case (image attached).
When a long comment is added into the Additional Information field on a To-Do, the Work Note on the Parent case appears completely blank (image attached).
It has been verified that the comment enter into the Additional Information field was saved to the Metric Results record (image attached).
When a shorter message is entered into the Additional Information field the system works as expected and a Work Note appears with the approvers name, approval decision and additional comment.
Looking for a fix to have longer messages appear (with the other expected data) in the work note as expected.

In case it is helpful to anyone: HiWave was able to assist me in resolving this. Removing the JavaScript from the work note in Flow Designer was all that was needed to rectify this issue. Simply formatting the work note as desired, using the 'enter' key, instead of coding the formatting worked exactly as one would expect.
For once, the simple answer was the correct one.
