Hi everyone!
Now assist licensing will have additional packaging which will possibly be:
$150,000 / Pack (500,000 assists)
Imagine we want extra 700,000 assists. How would the pricing be calculated?
And how many extra packaging can we ask for?

I'm assuming that you/your company already have an instance and a contract in place, so the better way would be to check for the System Administrator if they have the contacts or your Enterprise Applications responsible.
The other option I would take in that situation would walk up on the ServiceNow Support Portal and raise a question case 😁

I read documentation and it talked about it being 150k for the 500,00 extra assists. Imagine it would be 700k instead of 500k. The rest of the amount is the one displayed on your attachment or is calculated in other way?
If you know it great, it's just for better understanding from my part.
