Agent assist not visible in SC_REQ_ITEM Table

Hi,
I'm trying to enable Agent assist in sc_req_item table in our instance for Service operation workspace.
I tried the ff found in the community but to no avail. Can you help?
Actions done:
Created an agent assist in the contextual side panel.
Created a table configuration and placed the value of table config sys_id in the agent assist that I created.
Also put the sys_id in the Agent assist SNC UX Screen type table
followed this document but can't get this to work
