Journey Designer not able to make additional task

I have created a journey of seperation in my instance but when i select the journey type as lifecycle event and journey accelaration it should give me option to add stages and create tasks for emoloyee but i am unable to get any option to create the task

@Aamin Faras You should be able to add tasks for employees within the lifecycle event which you have chosen while creating the journey.
