Agent workspace not submitting the HR case

I am unbale to submit a case in Agent workspace for HR case management. It is only in submitting state and not actually submitted

Hi Sandeep

It is me only who is trying to create a case and I do have admin and case writer role. It is submitting other HR cases, not the employee relations COE one

@Nazhath2 Can you try creating an ER case from the backend and see if it gets created successfully. If you manage to create the case then the issue can be attributed to workspace and if not then it can be attributed to create ACLs on the ER table.
