AI search results in ESC Portal not opens in new tab or window after upgrading to Utah

In our ESC portal, AI search results such as HR services, catalog item or kb article do not have option to open in new tab/window. Couldn't find where is the issue properly?

It says that it is not possible, But any updates happened after that?
