AI Search Suggested result does not link to correct link

Help!!!

When I enabled AI Search in Employee Center Portal,

I have some External Content Item to link to Knowledge or External Site,

when I search those in typehead search, suggested result automatically appear,

 but click it, it will navigate to knowledge page, and can not find the record,

because navigation url like "id=knowledge&table=sc_cat_item&sys_id=xxxxxxx",

How can I resolve this issue?
