Allowing to choose HR template in Case creation page

Hi

I'm looking for a solution to add an option to allow agents to choose between two HR templates directly in Case creation page on Workspace.
In the HR Service, I've added a "Case creation service config" that allows me to include field (custom choice field) during case creation on the HR Workspace.
The problem is, I don't see a way to add a field from the HR Task table here. I can achieve it by creating a custom field with choices and adding a flow to handle my requirement but I'm looking for OOTB solution.

Is it possible to choose templates on case creation page and not using custom field? I don't see an option to add anything from HR Task as a field. I'm looking for OOTB solution.
