alumini center portal showing empty page

Hi Team,

after installing alumini service center plugin and im trying to open alumini portal in below screen shot its showing empty page .

my team meber tried to open with instance url/asc  portal short cut its opened after same mebert tried to open using above snipped complete he loased the details he can ablet to se empty page. 

i tried multiple browsers and and clear cache and restarted multiple time but no use. any solution for this

as per Alumni Service Center - do you have assigned the proper roles?

 

Have you tried log out - clear cache - log in? Please share screenshot - is it just a blank page or any (error) message?

I have done all the changes as you suggested still its showing empty page white screen  no error . completely

Hi @REDDYBATTULS ,

Let's do one thing repair the plugin once and check one more time as per configuration.
Please check roles are assigned correctly the users for accessing alumni portal.

 

If issue still persist after repair plugins , you can raise HI ticket for this discrepancy as you performed the steps like clear cache, logout & login back etc.
