Assignment of cases directly to member of the assignment group

Hi All,

We have a requirement to auto assign cases to a specific assignment group and assign member automatically to the assigned to field.

I configured assignment rules to auto assign cases to a specific assignment group. Need to know how to assign member automatically to the assigned to field.

say, the assignment group consist of 1 member only

In Assignment Role module, go "Assign To" section to specify "Assignment Group" and  "Assign To" field value form "User" field.  This setting will auto assign to "Assign to" field in HR Case form

How can i make this dynamic  such that who is the member of the assignment group must get assigned? other than defining their names like this?

Also , look at advanced work assignment if you looking for OOB way to do , but it does not assign tasks directly but would require agents to accept the task through workspace

Another suggestion would be to look at the OOB Matching Rules and scripts they use to route to individual users in groups.
