Hello everyone,
I am implementing Auto resolution for HR.I am getting below error. Also I have tested this for HR case, case is assigning to HR bot but not providing any recommendations. Also followed troubleshooting guide provided in below video Issue auto resolution Any help suggestion's will be appreciated.

@Aniket Zepale I recommend raising a case with ServiceNow support for this. Similar issues were reported by other users too but no answers so far on any of the threads which could help resolve this issue.
