Hello 🙂
For HR case table we have in place a cleanup job configured based on GDPR for each country. Nevertheless, we have a huge amount of data on the system now and it is expected to grow even more. We will probably not be able to keep the data on the system as long as requested by law without facing performnace issues. Is there any best practice or work around that can be done to avoid this? Even archiving won't help enough due its size limit.
Any advise?
Tks,
Brisa

Hi,
I wrote an article on cleaning HR Data before moving to archive. But as I understand it you will still have a hugh pile of data and it might cause performance issues? What does your Servicenow contact say regarding this? Image more companies would eventually face the same issue.
And you need to keep the data from a legal perspective? Otherwise if it was for reporting then you could investigate if there is other reporting system that could pull the cleaned data.
Not much of answers to your question Brisa, but following will follow this thread out of curiosity.
