Catalog Builder - Insert new question issue

Hi all,

I am facing an issue only with a user.
When he tries to create a catalog item using a template in catalog builder he cannot see the button "Insert new question" in "Questions" section.

Although he has the catalog builder role, he came across this restriction.
Can you please help me resolve this restriction?

i've tried clearing the cache and i am also from incognito mode, but still this user cannot see this button.

 

this is wierd ! go for HI ticket ...

Hi again!
I even try removing all the roles from the user and keeping only catalog builder editor role but the issue still persists.
