change state of HR Case

When a record producer is submitted with an attachment, we need to change the state of the HR Case to Ready and also send a notification.

Can anyone tell me how we can achieve this

@Sravani Koyya you should be able to accomplish this using the HR Case Template and setting the State on the template (when submitting from a RP).
