Checklist Option in HR Workspace

Hi Experts,

 

We want to hide the checklist option from the HR case in the HR workspace :

This option is enabled after upgrading the instance to the Utah release, any suggestions how to disable or hide the checklist from the sidebar options ?

Hi Medcherifzani,

I hope this helps.

Change to correct scope, generally Human Resources: Workspace application scope or Global

Open a HR record in HR agent workspace.

Click your account icon, top right, select Configure Page -> Contextual Side Panel.

Find the Action Assignment and set Enable to false form list view.  (Note if you open the action in form view, make sure the active checkbox is set to true.  If it is false the enable field does not apply.)

@medcherifzani Are you using the Agent Workspace for HR Case Management (HR Configurable Workspace)? If so, you can use the eye icon in UI Builder to hide the item. The steps will be different based on what Workspace you are working in.

Hi @michaelj_sherid 

I am trying to use the UI builder however, I am getting the Read-only info message for the Record Case / Record Case(SRP) page. In addition, I also don't see the option "Contextual Side Panel" under configure page.

Please suggest a way to hide/disable the items in the contextual side panel.
