Configure an HR service

Hello Experts,

I have started working on hr simulator , I have reached till hr service but I am kind of stuck here,

I have updated  hr service and one manually as per the instructions, but task is not getting validated.

Could anyone guide me for this ?

Hi,

I understand you were able to edit the Travel Advance Request HR Service but only when you are trying to create an new HR Service manually you got stuck, if that's the case then just follow the below steps:

1. Open the existing Topic Categories using the path: HR Administration-- HR Services-- Topic Categories

1. Select- Employee Data Management [[OOB functionality]]
2. Check COE: HR Workforce Administration Case [sn_hr_core_case_workforce_admin] [[OOB functionality]]
3. Check Topic Detail: Relocation Assistance [[OOB functionality]]
4. Click 'Relocation Assistance' topic detail, and click New' to create an HR Service Name: Employee Relocation Request
   Fill in the below details:
5. Badge: HR
6. Fulfillment type: Manual
7. Case options: Add Manager to Watchlist
8. Opened for / Approver view: Default for opened for/approver
9. Subject person / Task assignee view: Default for subject person/task assigned to
10. Description: Used to transfer an employee to another office location

Click 'Update'.

Once done, validate the task. It show pass.

For anyone struggling with this, make sure you read all the steps one by one and verify you have all set as per instructions. E.g. in my case I overlooked several times that Badge should be set to HR.
