Configure Employee Document Management

Hello, I'm currently working on the HR simulator and I'm having an issue with this task.

I've been tasked with creating a new document type and adding a new retention policy on to that. I feel ive done that but yet every time I go to validate the task it tells me to check it again and check the Restricted Caller Access Privileges List... I'm not quite sure where to access that list and/or what I have done incorrectly. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @Brandon Steverson ,

Use below link and wherever you see 'Employee Document Management' scope in either target or source scope just change the status as allowed like in below screenshot.

Link : https://yourinstancename/sys_restricted_caller_access_list.do?sysparm_query=&sysparm_first_row=1&sysparm_view=

Also in your retention policy you have to make highlighted one as inactive and if throws error then delete it and the one which you have created make it default 'Yes'.
