Connected contents on topic

Hi All,

How to approach , When a subtopic tile is clicked, the record producers and content items appear as reflected in the  taxonomy. i have added few record producer in connected contents of particular topic but its not reflecting. any help would be appreciated.

Hey @puja kumari,

 

Are you saying you have record producers within a Topic but it's not displayed in the Employee Center Portal?

A few things to check:

  • Ensure the 'Connected Content' record exits (I believe this is already done)
  • Ensure the taxonomy_topic field of the record producer is populated
  • Sometimes there can be cache issues. Try logging out and login back in
  • Is the catalog item accessible from another portal (e.g. Service Portal)?
