We are currently implementing ServieNow as a case management tool within our organisation. I'm keen to find out if there are any standard processes, reports, workflows etc built into ServiceNow that aid in the reporting of data form the system, specifically for Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).
Has anyone come across this within the tool?

Hello ,
I don't think there is a standard processes, reports, workflows built into ServiceNow for this, however, you can find in SN store applications that might be helpful for this purposes

No unfortunately not. Given our tight implementation timeline we didn't get chance to implement this. We still aren't too sure how we will implement this, or when.

We are looking at GDPR Accelerator and port.im. port.im looks good, but it doesn't integrate (Out of box) with Service Now for Ticket / Task creation.
